LUNCH AND BREAKFAST Grab and Go (5 days worth 10 meals) will be available to all students tomorrow, Tuesday, April 7 from 12:00-5:00. This will continue to be a drive-thru pickup at the south doors. We will bring your meals to your window. Remember, we do not want this food to go to waste. If you need the meals delivered to your home, please email weaubleaur3@gmail.com or call 417-428-3317 ext 242 and a leave a message. If we delivered to your home last Tuesday we will continue to deliver. *If you are on the weekend backpack program, please let the staff know and you will receive this as well. *Homework will be handed in NEXT WEEK during this time.

SCHOOL CLOSURE UPDATE: By order of Governor Parson's "Stay Home Missouri" order, Weaubleau Schools will remain closed through April 24th. This is consistent with our original plans. This order does allow and encourages schools to continue to prepare and serve meals. #TIGERSTRONG

Bright Flight Scholarship The Department of Higher Education and Workforce Development (DHEWD) has issued guidance regarding Bright Flight Scholarship requirements for ACT or SAT scores. The following is quoted from DHEWD: “In response to the adjustments made by ACT and the College Board, DHEWD is extending the date on which 2020 seniors may achieve a qualifying ACT score for the Bright Flight Scholarship to the July national test date. The 2020 seniors who achieve a qualifying ACT score on the July national test date and who are otherwise eligible can receive the scholarship. Scores achieved on the July 2020 national test date will also be considered when determining eligibility for this year’s sophomores and juniors, as has always been the case. Accommodations for the 2020 seniors taking the SAT will be announced as information becomes available from the College Board.” The complete statement from DHEWD regarding Bright Flight Scholarship and ACT or SAT scores can be found here.

Important Updates: Teachers at all levels developed 3 weeks of plans for at-home learning that went home on March 18. These will be collected on Tuesday, April 14 during food pickup time from 12:00-5:00. New AMI’s (Alternative Methods of Instruction) will be distributed on Tuesday, April 14 through email and/or folders at food pickup time from 12:00-5:00. These will be due TBA. Teachers will be contacting each student/parent (email or phone call) to see which delivery method is prefered. Students make sure you are checking email daily.
