School Closure Extended Through April 24, 2020

School Closure Extended Through April 24, 2020

The ongoing spread of C19 in Missouri requires school districts to be flexible and make decisions that are in the best interest of public health.  After consultation with local health department officials and other organizations, we will extend the closure of school through Friday, April 24. The extended closure impacts all extracurricular, and co-curricular activities, including athletic competitions, practices and after-school programs and events.

We understand that this is a very uncertain time for everyone, but the public can be sure of one thing: Weaubleau R-3 is focused on protecting the safety and well-being of students, staff and their families.  As this unprecedented situation continues to evolve, additional modifications may become necessary. As decisions are made, we will share information through our regular communication channels.

Families play an important role in protecting individuals from the spread of C19 and are encouraged to follow the guidance of these organizations:

Please watch for further information as we continue to work through plans for the coming weeks.
